Mouse or Arrow Keys: Steer direction
Shift or Click: Speed boost (drains meter)
Trail behind you acts as a wall - avoid crossing any trail

How to Play Curve Rush IO

Steer your ball with the mouse or arrow keys. Your trail follows behind and acts as a solid wall for everyone, including you.

Encircle territory to claim it. Claimed space shrinks the playable arena for opponents and scores you points.

Avoid crossing any trail - yours or anyone else's. Contact with a trail kills you instantly.

Use speed boost (shift or click) to cut across gaps, escape traps, or close on an opponent. Boost drains a meter that refills over time.

Survive longer than opponents to climb the leaderboard. Last player standing wins the round.

Curve Rush IO Tips & Strategies

Claim territory methodically rather than greedily. Long exposed trails invite opponents to cut your head off - box small safe zones first.

Use boost defensively. A well-timed boost escapes a closing trap that would otherwise kill you; saving it only for offense wastes its survival value.

Watch opponent patterns. Players who swing wide are predictable - cut inside their arc to force them into your trail or the arena edge.

Don't chase kills into claimed territory. The enclosed space works against you. Force opponents into open lanes where your trail can trap them.

About Curve Rush IO

Curve Rush IO is a multiplayer arena where you control a ball or vehicle that leaves a curving trail, and the goal is to outlast opponents by forcing them to cross your trail while avoiding theirs. Think of it as a competitive snake: your path is a wall, everyone else's path is a wall, and the arena fills up until someone makes a mistake.

The strategy is territory and risk. Encircling a region claims space and shrinks the playable area for opponents, but the longer your trail, the more exposed your head is to a collision. Aggressive players cut off rivals and force them into their trails; defensive players box themselves safe and wait for others to die.

Matches are short and populated - the IO in the name means live opponents, not bots. The arena resets between rounds, rankings shuffle, and climbing the leaderboard is the progression.

Speed boosts add a wrinkle. Holding boost drains a meter but lets you cut across the arena or escape a trap, and timing boosts to either close a kill or survive a pinch separates decent players from good ones.
