How to Play Tunnel Ball

Steer left and right with the arrow keys or A and D. The ball auto-rolls forward through the tunnel.

Dodge obstacles by switching lanes. Walls, barriers, and gaps appear ahead and you have a moment to read them before reaching.

Navigate forks by choosing a branch. Some forks are safe on both sides; others hide dead ends that require instant reaction.

Speed increases over time. The longer you survive, the less reaction window you get, so early-game composure pays off later.

Tunnel Ball Tips & Strategies

Look ahead, not at your ball. Your position is peripheral; the obstacles approaching are what demand attention.

Stay near the center when possible. It minimizes travel distance to dodge either direction, which matters as speed climbs.

Don't overcorrect. Sharp unnecessary lane changes into walls kill more runs than obstacles you failed to dodge.

Memorize recurring patterns. The same obstacle configurations repeat - recognizing them lets you pre-position instead of reacting.

About Tunnel Ball

Tunnel Ball sends a ball rolling through an endless tunnel while obstacles, gaps, and barriers approach at increasing speed. You steer left and right to dodge, and the tunnel curves and forks so the path isn't straight - reading what's coming and reacting in time is the whole game.

It's a reaction-speed endurance test. The first minute is forgiving; by minute two the obstacles arrive fast enough that hesitation means collision. Patterns repeat - a wall with a gap on the left, a barrier forcing a quick lane switch, a fork where you pick a branch blind - and recognizing them buys you fractions of a second.

Speed builds continuously, so your best run is always a question of how long you can sustain focus before a single lapse ends it. Distance is the score, and beating your own number is the loop.

The visual simplicity helps. A plain tunnel with clear obstacles means there's nothing to misread - if you crash, it's because you didn't react, not because you couldn't see what killed you.
